This allows the grp membrane to be secured to the roof construction but still be allowed to move independently of the layers below. Grp is composed of a resin with glass or fibrous strands that reinforce the roofing material. Always applied to a polyroof approved osb3 or plywood deck the system carries a 30 year durability rating and provides an exceptionally tough and hard wearing membrane. Grp stands for glass reinforced plastic and is also referred to as fibreglass roofing.
